Warranty certificate

This warranty covers the work performed.

ACE DNTL STUDIO provides a 5-year warranty on material and workmanship for the work stated above. The warranty means that any defect in material or workmanship is remedied at no charge within the warranty period, provided the conditions below are met.

• The warranty applies to normal use and to the patient maintaining good oral hygiene and attending the recommended reviews and hygiene visits.
• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, trauma, unprotected bruxism, neglect or work carried out by another provider.
• The warranty does not cover normal wear or changes in the natural teeth and tissues surrounding the work.

The warranty assumes that the patient follows the aftercare advice given and maintains regular review and hygiene visits. For any questions about the warranty, the patient is welcome to contact the clinic.
