Certificate of temporary incapacity for work

The patient has undergone a dental procedure at ACE DNTL STUDIO, Marbella.

The procedure entails a normal post-operative course which may, for a short period, affect the patient's ability to perform their ordinary work. A period of rest and recovery is warranted to allow uncomplicated healing.

The patient is assessed as temporarily unfit for work for a short recovery period as per the dates stated above.

The assessment concerns incapacity for work arising from the dental procedure and the post-operative recovery. The patient is expected to return to ordinary work at the end of the period, assuming a normal course of healing.
