ACE DNTL STUDIO processes personal data and health data for the purpose of providing dental care. Processing takes place in accordance with applicable data-protection law and only for the purposes necessary for diagnosis, treatment planning, treatment and follow-up.

The data is stored securely and handled confidentially by authorised staff. It is retained only for as long as required by law and applicable regulations, after which it is handled according to established procedures.

The patient has the right to request access to their data, rectification of inaccurate data and erasure to the extent compatible with the clinic's statutory documentation and retention obligations.

The patient consents to photographic and imaging material being used solely as part of their own clinical record for diagnosis, treatment planning and follow-up.
